Our last meeting was with Ally Triolo on Zoom as our group did a cook along and made her Kern County Chicken Salad. It was a great chance for the group to come together to make a healthy dinner for our families in the comfort of our own home with the focus of Kern County produce. We learned all about her Instagram @farmtoforkbyallytriolo and her new role working for the County of Kern in their communications division. Be on the lookout for new content on both her Instagram account and also her projects with the county.

Upcoming events include a Clay Shoot at 5 Dogs Range on May 22nd. Check in will begin at 8am, followed by a 9am start time. We look forward to having everyone come out and enjoy some outdoor shooting time together, followed by lunch. If you are interested in signing up yourself, or have a team of 4 pulled together, please follow this link to register the team. We will follow up to get payment from you. Being a part of the Kern County Young Farmers and Ranchers comes at no cost, and we welcome everyone between 18-35 years old. This is a great group to be a part of to give back to the community, network with other professionals, and have a good time with friends.
