It’s been an eventful fall here at the Kern County Farm Bureau! There is time for work like meeting with Assemblymen Rivas, Mathis, Fong, and Salas regarding the State Ag Committee’s direction, meeting with political candidates, and advocating through KGET’s Farm to Fork, to name a few. Then, we make time to play—play golf, that is! October brought our successful drive-thru event, Bounty on the Go. Now we gear up for our Golf Classic on November 9th at Stockdale Country Club.
In years past, we have held this event in the Spring. With COVID, we postponed to the fall. It’s finally time to get out on the green and tee up for our 2020 Golf Classic. It’s always nice to catch up with friends on the course, enjoy a bit of banter, and meet some new people. We are close to selling out, so please contact our office to check availability!
